Yes, we do offer refunds. With any return, you have the option to elect a refund.
We will offer full refunds on delivery refused. You have the option to refuse your order at the point of delivery, if the item is damaged, or if you don't love the item upon opening and inspecting the order and we will happily issue you a full refund.
If an item is not reported as damaged, and we discover damages upon arrival you may be found liable for the damages and your refund will be affected.
If however, you fail to “Refuse” the item at the point of delivery, then should you wish to return the item you have a 14-day window, however, you will be subject to delivery and collection costs. In either case, please ensure that the item is secured in its original packaging and in its original condition.
