With every two-man delivery order, (heavier than 25 kg, or any marble delivery) we have informed our delivery partners to open the package and allow for inspection upon delivery.
If upon inspection, any of the items are damaged, Please Immediately Refuse the Delivery. If we still have that particular item in stock, then we will send out a new one immediately, or issue you a full refund.
With every other order, please inform us immediately by email and send us pictures as soon as you discover the damage or within 7 days of receiving your product. Any claim received after this time will unfortunately not be accepted.
It is the customer's responsibility to check that the packaging is not damaged. In the event of damaged packaging, you MUST mark on the Delivery Note, "PACKAGING DAMAGED".
